The most important Amendment

September 18, 2007 at 4:47 pm | In Uncategorized |

Even though all of the amendments are important, I think that amendment number one (Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.)  is the most vital. After all, War World II broke out because Jewish people throughout Germany were killed by the Nazis and weren’t treated with equality. I think that this amendment is the most important because everyone has their own views of different situations that they should be able to follow (within reason).
